Who is Active Lab For? 12 – 17 year olds who want to get fit, active and healthy. Teachers and coaches may be interested in using the programs in their PE classes or training sessions, whilst parents could join in the workouts with their kids too!
How much does it cost? It’s free.
How do I start? If you don’t have an account on SUNS Learning you can create one here - https://sunslearning.com.au/register/ and click on the SUNS Active Lab logo to access the programs.
What if I already have an account on SUNS Learning? Great, just log in here - https://sunslearning.com.au/ and click on the SUNS Active Lab logo to access the programs.
Can I do multiple programs at once? Sure thing, for example you might want to drop in one recovery session per week whilst you work through the strength program. You could consult your coaches, teachers or an exercise physiologist to learn what programs will complement your current training loads and goals.
What if I finish a program? You will receive a badge on your achievements board, but don’t stop there. You can do the program again or choose a new program to work through.
Do I have to download an app? No, SUNS Active Lab can be accessed through SUNS Learning a web-based platform designed to be responsive on all devices.
What data is collected? First name, last name, email address, user role (i.e. student/teacher etc.) and organisation (club, school, individual etc.). SUNS Learning platform will capture your completed sessions and time on platform. The Gold Coast SUNS may occasionally contact you to share information about SUNS Active Lab.
