Participation

The Promotion is called “People First Bank - Stadium Loans Competition” (‘Promotion’).

Eligible Entrant

8. The Promotion is only open to individuals, during the Promotion Period, who: a. are residents of Queensland or New South Wales;

Entry

An Eligible Entrant must complete the Promotion’s entry form available at www.heritage.com.au/stadiumloan between 10:00am (AEST) on Friday, 25th October 2024 and 5:00pm (AEST) on Wednesday, 13th November 2024 describing in 25 words or less what they wish to loan the People First Bank Stadium for to enter the Promotion.

Entry into this Promotion is free for an Eligible Entrant.

An Eligible Entrant is only permitted to enter one (1) time into the Promotion. If multiple entries are received, only the first entry of the Eligible Entrant will be entered into the draw.

Entries will be assessed by a judging panel between Friday, 15th November 2024 and Thursday, 12th December 2024. The judging panel will consist of judges from People First Bank and GCFC Limited.

Completed entry forms must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period.

If there is a question that arises about whether an Eligible Entrant’s entry into the Promotion is valid, this will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time during the Promotion, to verify the validity of the Entries and Entrants and may disqualify:

any Entrant who has acted not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions; or

any Entrant who has tampered with the Entry process (including, but not limited to, tampering by use of automated Entry software or techniques).

Judging and Prizes

Up to three (3) entrants will be chosen to win a Prize which consists of a loan of People First Stadium to conduct an agreed event.

This promotion is a game of skill, and the winning entries will be judged on:

Creativity;

The appropriateness of the event, taking into account People First Banks’s corporate values; and

The safety and wellbeing of People First Stadium staff and attendees, and the importance of preserving the People First Stadium facilities for other events

People First Bank reserves the right to refuse applications that are wholly or partially incomplete or indecipherable.

Each Prize consists of:

a. a loan of the People First Stadium to the winner at a date and time to be agreed between People First Bank, GCFC Limited and the winner (each event must be held prior to 31 May 2025 or the prize will be forfeited); and

b. a $5,000 contribution towards the cost of conducting the winning event at People First Stadium. Any costs associated with loaning of the People First Stadium above the $5,000 contribution must be covered by the winner. Where applicable, the winner must use People First Bank Stadium’s preferred suppliers when arranging their event (for example, caterers). If the amount incurred in fulfilling the winning entry is less than $5,000, the remaining amount will be forfeited and will not be refunded to the winner. For the avoidance of doubt, the $5,000 contribution will not be paid to the winner, but will credited towards the cost of the event.

Prior to conducting their events, each winner will be required to enter into an agreement with People First Bank and/or the GCFC Limited agreeing to terms and conditions relating to the Loan. This may include (but is not limited to) restrictions on how the event can be conducted, limitations on the use of the space and liability in the case of damage to People

First Stadium facilities. Winners also agree to assist People First Bank and GCFC Limited in obtaining any necessary consents to photograph, film and/or record the event and to use any such photographs, filming and/or recordings in any media relating to this promotion.

Winners agree that they will not commercialise their event in any way, including by selling tickets to their event or publicly advertising entry to their event.

People First Bank may identify additional reserve entries and record them in case an original applicant is unable to meet the requirements of the promotion.

The Promoter will notify any Prize Winner that they have won a Prize via phone and email within two (2) business days after the judging is complete via the Prize Winner’s phone number and email address retained from the completed Promotion entry form, outlining how the Prize is to be redeemed.

The Prize Winner’s details, including initial of their first name, last name and their postcode, will also be published on the Promoter’s website heritage.com.au on Friday, 13th December 2024 for a minimum period of 28 days.

The Prize must be claimed by the Prize Winner within one (1) week of the Prize Winner being notified.

The Promoter may request the Prize Winner (and/or the Redraw Prize Winner) to provide proof of identity and their residency when collecting the Prize. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the sole discretion of the Promoter.

ByacceptingthePrize,thePrizeWinneragreestoparticipateinthePromoter’smarketing and advertising activities relating to the Promotion (such as publicity), including their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including any photograph, film and/or recording of them) in promotional material in any form of media at any time without notification or compensation, financial or otherwise.

The issuer of the Prize is the Promoter. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non- exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for another Prize, except at the Promoter’s discretion and subject to relevant State/Territory legislation. A Prize Winner is not entitled to any difference between the value of a Prize (at the time the Prize is awarded) and the recommended retail price (if any).

General

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non- Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and the People First Bank (including their respective officers, employees and agents) and GCFC Limited exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or death; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition or accepting or using the prize. In addition, the Promoter is not liable for any additional costs associated with the taking by a winner of the Prize and any expense incurred beyond the specified Prize will be the responsibility of the winner.

Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage of the Promotion does not constitute a waiver of these rights.

The Promoter’s decision is final in relation to all matters in this Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

2024 Gold Coast SUNS Junior Club AFLW Attendance Competition commences 4:15pm 31 August 2024 and closes 9:00am 27 October 2024 AEST. The winner of this competition will be drawn on 4 November 2024 at 9:00am AEST at the Gold Coast Football Club offices at the Austworld Centre. If for any reason the winner is unable to claim their prize, a runner up will be drawn at the same time and location.

Eligibility:

To be eligible to receive the $500 (AUD), and additional $500 (AUD) for the respective Junior Club, entrants must be a member of a junior AFL club in South-East Queensland or Northern Rivers.

How to enter:

Purchase a ticket to a Gold Coast SUNS AFLW home game in 2024 and enter your Junior Club’s exclusive password into Ticketek’s password box.
Only one entry per ticket purchase is valid. One purchase using the correct exclusive password will equate to one entry for your Junior Club.
