Kade Kolodjashnij has been cleared of any structural damage after suffering a knock to the back of his head in a marking contest during the third quarter of the Richmond match on Sunday.
Kolodjashnij took to social media to confirm the news.
The defender was knocked out and stretchered off the ground early in the third term after copping a knee to the head from Richmond’s Sam Lloyd.
Lloyd was making a legitimate attempt at a mark, with no intention of malice.
Kolodjashnij lay on the ground for several minutes and did not move in what was his 50th AFL game. He required a neck brace.
The 21-year-old was sent to Epworth Hospital for precautionary scans where he was given the all clear by medical staff.
