SUNS captain Touk Miller has claimed his fourth-straight Players’ Player award at the 2022 Gold Coast SUNS Club Champion.
The highly-coveted award is voted on by the playing group each match and is bestowed on the player who best exemplifies the team’s values on the field.
Miller has been a two-time joint winner alongside David Swallow in 2019 and 2020, then won the award outright in 2021 and now 2022.
Elevated to the club captaincy for the 2022 season, Miller has continued his tremendous form to be recognised as one of the bona fide elite players in the competition.
He played all 22 games and averaged 29 disposals, six tackles and eight clearances per game, stats he all ranks within the top 10 in the competition in.
The result sees Miller overtake Swallow for the most Players’ Player awards in Gold Coast SUNS history with four.
