For the first time Gold Coast SUNS forward Aaron Hall is hoping to capitalise on a full pre-season heading into the 2014 season.
Despite playing every game in 2013, Hall missed a majority of the pre-season, highlighting the scope for improvement in Hall.
“I’m looking for more endurance through the pre-season, last year I had a couple of issues with groins and my rib so I only got through about 30 or 40% of the pre-season last year and the year before that I didn’t get here until mid December,” Hall told SUNS TV.
Hall has returned tot he Gold Coast after enjoying an end of season break.
“It was good to have a couple of weeks off and let the body recover after a long season,” Hall said.
“Now I am back up on the coast until we start back at training and have got stuck into our off season program and I’m looking to come back at the start of pre-season fit and get ready for 2014.”
“I played every game and played all the NAB cup games so the body needed a bit of a break, so it was good to have a physical and mental rest.”
