Gold Coast SUNS stadium partner People First Bank are offering three lucky winners the opportunity to borrow People First Stadium for a day to bring their dream event to life.

Whether it's hosting a memorable birthday, proposing to someone special, screening a movie on the big screen or playing a game with your local team, the Stadium could be yours for a day, with $5,000 from People First Bank included to make your event unforgettable.

2023’s winners saw Hayley host her 16th birthday party at the Stadium, Marymount Primary School’s Year 6 Girls AFL team enjoy a training session with the Gold Coast SUNS, and a run club host a private session on the ground.

People First Bank Chief Customer Officer Maria-Ann Camilleri said the Stadium Loans competition builds on the bank’s strong community connection, offering people a unique opportunity to create memorable experiences.

“As a community-oriented bank, we’re excited to give someone deserving a chance to use the Stadium in a way that’s truly special and uplifting,” she said.

“People First Stadium is known for hosting the Gold Coast SUNS and world-class concerts, but it’s much more than a venue; it’s a community hub. Through Stadium Loans, we’re proud to open its doors for people to make their own unforgettable moments.”

People First Stadium General Manager Tim Carey said the opportunity would add to the ever-growing list of events hosted at the venue.

“At People First Stadium, we’re immensely proud to offer such a versatile venue which can host elite football and cricket, international concerts as well as grassroots and community events,” Mr Carey said.

“Like our naming rights partner People First Bank, we are a community-minded venue and are excited to be able to offer our unique space to the general public for this fantastic initiative.

“We’re delighted to be able to continue to work with People First Bank on joint campaigns that benefit our wider community.”
