It’s time to select your Harbour Town Premium Outlets Player of the Round for the first time in Season 2023.

Charlie Rowbottom picked up the new campaign where she left the last leading all comers with 25 disposals, 12 tackles, a goal and incredible 20 contested possessions – nine more than any other player.

Lucy Single was influential both with and without the ball, also recording 12 tackles and recording nine clearances.

Only Rowbottom had more touches than Claudia Whitfort who was regularly seen exploding away from contests. She recorded three inside 50s, a stat led by Kalinda Howarth with seven to go coupled with 15 touches.

In defence, Daisy D’Arcy provided a collected presence recording six intercept possessions and using her raking left foot to fire the SUNS inside forward 50 on three occasions.

Meara Girvan was dealt a tall order in her AFLW debut against Carlton livewire Darcy Vescio and made her presence felt against the former All-Australian. She recorded 10 touches, three tackles and seven intercept possessions.
