Cameron Joyce has confirmed his Round 4 side to take on the Western Bulldogs with Vivien Saad returning to the line-up for the first time in 2023.
Saad missed the opening three rounds through injury with her inclusion the only change from the side that beat Collingwood in Round 3. She comes into the team in place of Cara McCrosssan.
Lucy Single will also reach the first major milestone of her career, named to play her 25th AFLW game for the SUNS on Sunday.
The SUNS and Bulldogs have only met once previously with that clash in Season Six finishing in a draw.
It’s set to be a blockbuster afternoon at Heritage Bank Stadium on Sunday with SUNS fans invited into the stadium to watch the SUNS VFL in its inaugural Grand Final prior to first bounce in the AFLW clash. Gate 3 will open from 2.30pm with free entry until 4.15pm. Patrons entering after 4.15pm must have a match-access AFLW membership or paid ticket - $10 for adults and free for kids.
