Kalinda Howarth has successfully undergone surgery following an ACL rupture sustained at training last month.
The 24-year-old now turns her attention to recovery and returning to action in 2024.
“The surgery on Kalinda’s knee to repair her ACL was successful. We’ll now work through a rehabilitation plan and hope to see her back in action next season,” GC SUNS AFLW Physiotherapist Jasmine Herlihy said.
Howarth remains the only player on the SUNS injury list heading into Round 6.
