The Gold Coast SUNS have made three changes to its side for Friday night’s pivotal Pride Round clash against the Bombers in Mackay.

As confirmed earlier this week, Charlie Rowbottom (ankle) and Elise Barwick (concussion protocols) would be unavailable for the clash, while Ashanti Bush will also be unavailable with personal reasons.

Lucy Single returns to the side following a one-match suspension while Jasmyn Smith and Gabrielle Biedenweg-Webster have been included for their first appearances of the 2023 season.

Friday night’s meeting will be the first meeting between the two sides in the AFLW with the victor to sow up a home final.

First bounce at Great Barrier Reef Arena is at 6.45pm with plenty happening around the venue pre-game. The match is also broadcast on Kayo, Fox Footy and the Seven network.
