The Gold Coast SUNS have completed a trade with North Melbourne which will see the club acquire two second-round picks.
The SUNS send Pick 27, which was acquired as part of a previous trade with the West Coast Eagles, to the Kangaroos in exchange for Pick 35 and Pick 38.
“By executing this trade, we are able to bring in an additional second-round pick and strengthen our collection of draft picks,” GC SUNS Head of Women’s Football Fiona Sessarago said.
The SUNS currently hold picks 14, 35, 38, 54, 59 and 72. The AFLW Trade Period concludes at 1pm AEST on Thursday, December 14.
