As confirmed earlier, Ned Moyle comes into the side for his second match of 2024, replacing co-captain Jarrod Witts (hamstring).
Sam Flanders returns after being a late out in Round 11 through illness, as does Academy graduate Will Graham for his first AFL match since Round 8.
The pair come into the team in place of Jake Rogers and Alex Davies (both omitted).
Davies has been named among the emergencies alongside Rory Atkins and Sam Day. The SUNS will names its substitute an hour before first bounce on Sunday.
Ben Long will play his 100th AFL match at People First Stadium, a venue at which the SUNS are undefeated in 2024.
