Zambrero will be the club’s exclusive quick service restaurant partner and will feature on the top-back of the club’s 2025 playing and training guernseys.
The commitment from Zambrero will see them recognised as a club-protected partner and sit alongside HOSTPLUS, SIXT and People First Bank in the SUNS partner hierarchy.
Gold Coast SUNS Chief Executive Mark Evans welcomed Zambrero into the SUNS family.
“We’re delighted to announce this partnership with Zambrero, who have established themselves as a national leader in their industry, and have a genuine commitment to serving their community,” Evans said.
“We look forward to working alongside Zambrero to champion the work they continue to do and support their objectives to grow their brand nationally.”
Matthew Kenny, Chief Executive Officer of Zambrero, said the two organisations shared an alignment of values.
“We’re thrilled to partner with the SUNS over the next three years as we continue to grow our presence nationally and expand into the AFL ecosystem,” Kenny said.
"At Zambrero, we're not just about serving great food; we're committed to making a positive impact through our Plate 4 Plate initiative which resonates strongly with the SUNS' community programs.
“This shared dedication to giving back to the community forms the foundation of our 'feel good' partnership with the SUNS."
Zambrero’s Plate 4 Plate program aims to make a difference in the fight to end world hunger, with the organisation donating a meal to someone in need around the world with each burrito or bowl purchase.
Since 2005, Zambrero has donated over 84 million meals to those who need it most.
