The Gold Coast SUNS have made one change to the team to take on the Adelaide Crows at People First Stadium this Saturday afternoon.

Small forward Ben Ainsworth has recovered from a quad injury to take his place back in the side, replacing Nick Holman who has been omitted.

Holman remains as an emergency alongside Ned Moyle and Caleb Graham.

The club will name its substitute for the highly anticipated clash one hour prior to first bounce.

Both teams enter Saturday’s fixture undefeated and fighting to retain their spot in the top four of the AFL ladder.

The SUNS are coming off two emphatic victories against the West Coast Eagles (87 points) in Round 1 and Melbourne Demons (58 points) in Round 3.

Meanwhile the Crows have recorded wins against St Kilda, Essendon and North Melbourne to start the season.

First bounce is at 12:20pm AEST at People First Stadium, with gates opening from 10:30am.

It will be a double dose of footy action on Saturday afternoon, with the SUNS VFL team hosting the Northern Bullants in a curtain closer from 3:40pm.

The AFL match will be broadcast live and exclusively on Fox Footy and Kayo, with a delayed broadcast on 7mate in Queensland from 2pm AEST.
