Gold Coast have allocated guernsey numbers for all of the recruits that joined the club during the off-season.

Key forward Jack Lukosius, who joined the SUNS with the second selection in the NAB AFL Draft, takes over the No.41 guernsey from midfielder Will Brodie (who has moved to No. 7).

Fellow top 10 draftees Izak Rankine and Ben King will wear the No. 37 and No. 34, respectively, for the 2019 season.

South Australian Jez McLennan has been handed the No. 43, while Academy product Caleb Graham takes on the No. 46.

George Horlin-Smith retains the No. 33 that he wore during his time at Geelong, while another ex-Cat in Jordan Murdoch has been handed the No. 31.

After joining the SUNS during the Trade Period, key defender Jack Hombsch takes the No. 20, while Anthony Miles wears No.2 and Corey Ellis the No. 17 guernsey.

State-league recruits Josh Corbett (No. 19), Sam Collins (No.25) and Chris Burgess (No. 29) were handed their numbers upon joining the club in November.

Brodie wasn’t the only current SUN to change numbers, with Charlie Ballard (No. 10) and Jack Bowes (No. 3) also moving to a different locker in 2019.
