Half forward Brandon Matera has been named in the AFL Media Team of the Week for the second consecutive week following Gold Coast’s 26-point victory over Carlton.

Matera followed up his six goal performance against the Hawks with 29 disposals, three goals and four inside 50s.

Captain Tom Lynch joins him in the forward line after kicking seven goals straight against the Blues. Lynch seemingly marked everything that came his way as he grabbed 12 marks to go with 19 disposals.
