The Gold Coast SUNS have made one change ahead of Sunday’s match against the Western Bulldogs at Metricon Stadium.
As revealed by goldcoastfc.com.au last night, Kade Kolodjashnij reclaims his place as a first-choice defender, replacing Alex Sexton (omitted) in the senior team.
The 18-year-old Tasmanian has been exceptional in his six inaugural AFL appearances, picking up a career-best 25 touches in his most recent performance against North Melbourne.
Kolodjashnij is averaging 21 disposals per game, the highest of any first-year player, and returns to senior level after missing one game through to a minor knee injury.
Sexton, Jeremy Taylor and Jack Hutchins have been named as emergencies for the round ten clash.
