Gold Coast SUNS fans will get their first taste of Friday Night Football in 2015 when arch rivals the Brisbane Lions visit Metricon Stadium in the final week of the NAB Challenge.
The pre-season fixture list also has the GC SUNS taking on the Geelong Cats in Townsville and the GWS Giants in Sydney over a four-week period beginning in late February.
March 20 is the date for Gold Coast-based SUNS fans to mark in their diaries, though, with the Queensland clubs going head-to-head in their final hit-out before the home and away season begins.
As a bonus for match day members, they will receive free entry to that game, which is set down for a 7:40pm opening bounce.
For the third year in a row, the SUNS will host a clash at Tony Ireland Stadium in Townsville, with perennial heavyweight Geelong making the trip to the tropics.
