The Gold Coast SUNS have come through the Round 6 game against Melbourne injury free.
Forward Nick Holman was helped from the ground after copping a hefty blow to his torso in a marking contest but managed to retake the field at the start of the fourth quarter.
GC SUNS Head Physiotherapist Lindsay Bull told the Qscan Injury Update that Nick had escaped injury.
“Nick was sore after that contest in the third quarter on Saturday night, but pleasingly he was able to get back out onto the ground at the start of the fourth,” Bull said.
“He’s presented well since Saturday night and will complete his normal training program this week.”
In further news Anthony Miles made a successful return from his hamstring injury playing in the club’s scratch match against Fremantle on Friday.
