The Gold Coast Football Club will travel deep into enemy territory in country Victoria to take on the North Ballarat Rebels in their round 16 TAC Cup match

Gold Coast had a big percentage boost last weekend beating the Western Jets by 93 points and are now sitting firmly entrenched in the top 8 on the TAC Cup ladder. The Gold Coast are only 2 points behind 4 teams jockeying for the double chance and a top 4 position.

North Ballarat travelled to Carrara in Round 10 and were unable to overcome a spirited Gold Coast who won by 7 points. This result will give Guy McKenna plenty of confidence but understand that the Rebels will be a much tougher proposition in Melbourne.

The game will be played at the Northern Oval in Ballarat and starts at 12pm.
