The Gold Coast Football Club is pleased to confirm the appointment of Dean Robinson as High Performance Manager.

Robinson, who has headed up the conditioning program at the Geelong Football Club, will commence his role at the end of the 2010 AFL season.

GCFC Football Manager Marcus Ashcroft said the was delighted Robinson has accepted the opportunity to work with the talented young Gold Coast playing list.

“We have a clear strategy of going after the best people available and Dean’s credentials and the results he has achieved at Geelong are obvious,” he said.

“He will compliment the significant results current High Performance Manager Andrew Weller has achieved and together they will take our conditioning program to a level where our list will be given every opportunity to compete against the best as we prepare for our inaugural AFL season in 2011.”
