Karmichael Hunt won't play in the SUNS NEAFL match against Aspley on Saturday.

Hunt suffered concussion during the round 3 NEAFL clash against Northern Territory and missed the following match against the Sydney Swans reserves.

Hunt returned in round 5, taking his place in the team against the UWS GIANTS last weekend, however, earlier this week Hunt complained of headaches to the club doctor.

General Manager - Football Operations, Marcus Ashcroft said Hunt would be rested for this week's match before being reviewed.

"Karmichael has been advised by the doctor to stay home and rest until early-to-mid next week. Karmichael will then be reviewed by medical staff, and will need to be given the all clear before return to training."

Hunt has played 43 AFL games since making his debut in round 2, 2011 against Carlton at the Gabba.
