To represent the Gold Coast SUNS Academy you must live in the Academy’s designated zones.

These zones range from the following areas:

• Northern NSW (Evans Head to the Queensland Border)
• Gold Coast to Logan
• Gladstone to Cape York
• Darwin metropolitan
  
  

The initial selection process will be made on the below criteria:

• Representative performances i.e. Gold Coast U16 Regional, Queensland U16, U15 & U12 (School Boy Carnivals).
• Club performances in own age group or above
• Professional Attitude at Club, Academy and Representative level
• Commitment to Academy Values
• AFLQ/Club Recommendations
