The Gold Coast SUNS will have a big inclusion for Round 4 with fierce midfielder Jacqui Yorston named to return for her first match since injuring her ACL.
Yorston missed the entire 2021 season due to the injury she sustained last pre-season, and will return for her first AFLW game in 680 days.
Her last match was the 2020 semi final against Fremantle where she was voted by coaches as the best SUN afield.
The 21-year-old replaces Ellie Hampson in the side who will miss the match through suspension.
Claudia Whitfort returns to the team after missing Round 2 with concussion, while Cheyenne Hammond has also been named to play after clearing the AFL Health and Safety Protocols.
As reported in the Qscan Injury Update, Tori Groves-Little will miss the match with concussion while Vivien Saad also comes out of the side with family commitments due to the change in fixture.
The match against Richmond is scheduled for 4:10pm on Sunday afternoon at Metricon Stadium.
Tickets are available through Ticketek for $10 with free entry for juniors aged 17 and under.
The match will also be broadcast live via the Seven Network (check your local guide), Fox Footy, Kayo and the AFLW Official App.
