The Gold Coast SUNS have come through Round 9 of the 2022 NAB AFLW Season unscathed and with no new injury concerns.
Tori Groves-Little was unavailable for the match against Carlton as they recover from a concussion suffered the week prior.
SUNS AFLW physiotherapist Indianna Franke told the Qscan Injury Update Groves-Little would also miss the team’s final game of the season against Fremantle.
“Unfortunately Tori has taken a little longer to recover from this concussion which is their second this season,” Franke said.
“We’re being conservative with Tori, who has a history with concussion, so they will sadly miss the last game of the season.”
After undergoing surgeries last week on their knee and ankle respectively, Jade Pregelj and Dee Heslop are recovering well and expected to start their rehabilitation in the coming weeks.
