Tune into SUNS TV to hear from May on SUNS RAW

Steven May was one of the Gold Coast SUNS shining lights during their disappointing Round two NAB Cup match against Geelong.

May made several telling tackles during his first half performance including a bruising hit on Steve Johnson which resulted in the Cats forward being assisted from the playing field.

The former All Australian under eighteen representative said the Gold Coasters pressured the visitors during the first half, however lacked discipline during the third and final term, allowing the score to blow out.

Picked up as a zone selection by the Gold Coast SUNS, May made his debut in the SUNS round six match against Essendon and went onto make nine AFL appearances, playing in both defence and up front.

A proud Northern Territorian, May has impressed during the clubs pre season campaign.
