The Round 15 team to face Port Adelaide this Sunday afternoon at Adelaide Oval, 4:10pm AEST, has been finalised with three changes.

Malcolm Rosas Jnr will return to the side, looking to be back to his electrifying best after illness ruled him out of the Round 14 win over the Crows.

Jack Bowes has been named in the final 22 after coming on during the third quarter last weekend to replace Connor Budarick who was taken off with tightness in his hamstring.

Whilst Chris Burgess will play his first game of the 2022 Toyota AFL Premiership Season after strong form in the VFL competition all year, highlighted by 13 goals in the past two matches at the level. He’s knocked the door down and forced his way into Stuart Dew’s side.

Wil Powell and Joel Jeffrey are the other two outs after ankle and knee injuries ruled them out for the remainder of the season.

The SUNS will travel to Adelaide on Saturday morning full of confidence but knowing they will be up for one of the toughest tests in football, against a Port Adelaide side who played in a preliminary final last year and are playing some of their best football at this point in the season.

Rory Atkins, Sam Day, Brayden Fiorini and Elijah Hollands have all been named as emergencies with one of them to be named as the medical substitute when then final teams are named 60 minutes out from centre bounce on Sunday afternoon.

There is sure to be plenty of support in the crowd with five South Australians named in the final side to take on the Power.

SUNS members and fans are reminded that there will be an open training session at Adelaide Oval from 3pm local time on Saturday afternoon with entry via the Southern Gate. All of the travelling squad will be available for autographs and photos at the end of the session.
