It’s time to vote for the Austworld Player of the Round from Friday’s Gather Round clash against Fremantle.
David Swallow kicked an equal career-best three goals, spending time both on-ball and in the forward line. He finished with 20 disposals and five tackles.
Jack Lukosius was involved in everything for the SUNS, working his way up the ground and winning plenty of ball. He took a game-high 12 marks with a now trademark long-range goal to boot early in the game.
Touk Miller and Noah Anderson were the SUNS most prolific ball winners, accruing 26 and 25 touches respectively. Both were strong clearing from stoppages with Anderson also finding his way on to the scoreboard, kicking two goals in the final term.
Darcy Macpherson was handed with the arduous task of lining up alongside Michael Walters and the forward-turned-defender stuck to him like a glove throughout.
