The Gold Coast SUNS wish to congratulate Andrew Dillon on his appointment as the AFL’s next Chief Executive. 

On behalf of the club's staff, players and members, Chairman Bob East acknowledged Dillion’s appointment as the person to lead the code forward.

“Andrew's wealth of experience, strong personal values and extensive industry relationships position him well to lead our game into its next chapter,” East said.

“Andrew has been an influential figure in shaping the expansion of our code, particularly in Queensland and New South Wales, and is a strong advocate for the continued growth of our football club.” 

“We have a long established relationship with Andrew and we look forward to working with him and his team, at the AFL, to ensure our great game continues to grow within Queensland, and throughout Australia.”
