The Gold Coast SUNS have informed defender Gabrielle Biedenweg-Webster that she will not be offered a contract for the 2024 AFLW season. 

Biedenweg-Webster joined the SUNS ahead of Season Seven and played three games across two seasons on the Gold Coast. 

The former Williamstown VFLW Best & Fairest made her debut in Round 4 of Season Seven and also played in the club’s first home final last month. 

“Gabby has been a valued member of our program during her two seasons at the club and has pushed herself and her teammates to get better every day,” GC SUNS Head of Women’s Football Fiona Sessarago said. 

“We would like to thank Gabby for her contribution to our squad and wish her all the best in her future endeavours.”
