The Gold Coast SUNS are pleased to announce today’s QClash against the Brisbane Lions is officially sold out.
With incredible demand for the match against the Lions, all reserved seat and premium hospitality tickets have been sold, with a limited amount of standing general admission tickets still available.
Today’s game will be the largest QClash crowd ever hosted at People First Stadium, which currently sits at 16,593 from 2014.
The only remaining way to access the match at People First Stadium is to purchase a Gold Coast SUNS membership or a standing general admission ticket via Ticketek, while stocks last.
Two-game blockbuster memberships, which also includes entry to the Round 23 home match against Melbourne, are available from $49 for juniors and $69 for adults.
Gold Coast SUNS Chief Executive Mark Evans said the club has continued to reach new heights in 2024, evidenced by a record four sell-out crowds at People First Stadium this year.
“It’s been incredible to see such overwhelming support from our Gold Coast community in 2024,” Evans said.
“To have four sell-outs this season is an amazing result, not only for the club but also for football in Queensland.
“Participation in our sport has seen over 50% growth in the last five years on the Gold Coast which is a testament to the work we are continuing to do in our own backyard.
“We know our players love the electric atmosphere at a packed out People First Stadium, so we’re looking forward to once again defending our fortress today.”
The highly anticipated QClash rematch follows a record-breaking crowd at the Gabba in Round 8 of this year which saw 30,285 fans attend the QClash, the biggest attendance in the rivalry’s history.
The highest attendance for a GC SUNS match at People First Stadium is 24,032, set against Collingwood in 2013.
All attendees must hold a valid match day ticket or membership. Standing general admission tickets will be available at the ticket office at People First Stadium.
