Ahead of Saturday afternoon's return to Metricon Stadium, Gold Coast has been bolstered by the return of captain Tom Lynch.
The skipper is one of five inclusions to the side to take on Geelong after recovering from a knee injury that has sidelined him for the last month.
Lynch is a welcome return to the SUNS' forward line and he will be accompanied by both Jack Martin and Sam Day, who both return after one game absences.
Local Gold Coast product Jesse Joyce has recovered from a corked quad and comes back into the team, while midfielder Will Brodie has been named on the interchange.
Brodie's solid form in the NEAFL sees him earn a place in the team for his first time this season, having been listed as an emergency for the previous three games.

The four other players to come out of the team are midfielder Jarryd Lyons, Brad Scheer and key position players Jack Leslie and Brayden Crossley.
Saturday's clash against the Cats is not just the SUNS' first game back at Metricon Stadium for the 2018 season, it also marks Sir Doug Nicholls Round which will be celebrated across the league.
