The Gold Coast SUNS are pleased to confirm the appointment of Tate Kaesler to its coaching group.
General Manager – Football Operations, Jon Haines welcomed Kaesler to the football club.
“We are excited to have Tate join our coaching group, and look forward to him moving to the Gold Coast to get started,” Haines said.
“Tate will join the club as a Development Coach, and play an important role supporting our midfield coaching group”.
Kaesler joins the SUNS from the Adelaide Crows where he has most recently been responsible for team defence under Senior Coach, Don Pyke.
“He brings with him a wealth of knowledge after spending ten years in a highly regarded football program at the Crows,” Haines said.
Having played for SANFL club’s North Adelaide and Sturt, Kaesler retired in in 2007 and immediately served as an assistant coach for the Under 20 South Australian State Team and the following year he joined Adelaide in a development role.
