Our performance against the Giants has left the selection door wide open this week.

The SUNS Match Committee will closely examine individual performances in last week’s match before selecting the best 22 to take on Hawthorn at Metricon Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The Hawks, also winless after two matches, will travel to Metricon Stadium for just the third time in seven seasons.

Brayden Fiorini's names is likely to be raised at the selection table. The 19-year-old impressed at senior level during his two AFL games in late 2016.

Fiorini’s silky ball skills have been evident in the NEAFL, and would be a welcome addition to the SUNS midfield come Sunday.

Inside Midfielder Jesse Lonerganand wingman Matt Shaw have also put forward a solid case with their NEAFL performances and will come into consideration as will forwards Brandon Matera and Ryan Davis who bagged 4 and 3 goals respectively in last week’s NEAFL match.

Defenders Jarrod Harbrow and Trent McKenzie could also be recalled to the senior side if they can satisfy fitness requirements after interrupted pre-seasons.

Top 10 draftee and potential debutant Will Brodie will be a name thrown around the table, as will Josh Schoenfeld, who was a late inclusion in round one.
