Lucky member, Helen Boyd, has driven home a brand new Fiat 500 Pop after selecting the right key at Wednesday night’s Gold Coast SUNS Key Prize Draw held at Metricon Stadium.

In partnership with the club’s major sponsor, Fiat, the GC SUNS launched its 2015 membership drive in September with a car giveaway promotion

By simply renewing her Gold B Membership using GC SUNS Smart Pay, Helen was then selected from a pool of over 5,000 members, to join 14 other members and be given a key and the opportunity to unlock, and ultimately drive home the FIAT 500 Pop.

Helen, from Brisbane suburb Alberton, was thrilled to take out the major prize claiming her 13-week-old grandson her lucky charm.

“I just can’t believe I won the Fiat 500 Pop,” Ms Boyd said.

“I made my daughter come along to the event with my grandson, as he is my lucky charm, but I can’t believe his charm actually worked and won me the car.

“I can’t thank the Gold Coast SUNS enough for picking me to be part of this key draw. I will definitely be a member of the club for years to come.”

Helen Boyd, a GC SUNS member since 2011, won a Fiat 500 Pop at Metricon Stadium on Wednesday.

Fiat Ambassadors Gary Ablett, Dion Prestia, Charlie Dixon, Jaeger O’Meara and Zac Smith were all in attendance on the night.

General Manager of Stadium, Consumer & Community – Kelly Ryan, praised the success of the club’s first membership car giveaway.

“We are thrilled to mark our 2015 membership launch with a FIAT car giveaway, a campaign which has not only been exciting for our members but for our club as well,” Ms Ryan said.

“This is the first initiative of its kind at the Gold Coast SUNS, so we’re looking forward to building on the event in the years to come.”
