Gold Coast SUNS Members and patrons with pre-purchased tickets to Saturday nights match can travel free with TransLink and Queensland Rail to and from the Gabba.
Gold Coast SUNS CEO, Travis Auld announced details of the free travel program at a media conference at Varsity Lakes Railway Station today.
“We are really pleased that Gold Coast SUNS Members and patrons with pre-purchased tickets to Saturday’s game will have free travel to our inaugural match.
“The Gold Coast community have supported us throughout our journey and we know a large number of fans will be heading to Brisbane for our first game
At the launch, Auld also encouraged GC SUNS fans to wear red and travel to the game together.
“It was great to see Members and fans at the Club's Season Launch last weekend dressed in Gold Coast SUNS red, we want to replicate this at the game on Saturday night,” Travis Auld said.
