Not even the pouring rain could dampen the spirits of the 11 AFL Gold Coast Juniors clubs as they celebrated their first Family Fun Day held at Metricon Stadium.

Clubs and junior players were ecstatic to see the entire Gold Coast SUNS playing list attend the event.

Junior footballers from all over the Gold Coast were provided with an opportunity to receive autographs, pose for photos and even have a kick with their SUNS heroes.
