The Gold Coast Football Club are currently occupying eighth position on the TAC cup ladder and are only one win away from a crucial top four spot.
This Saturday at Gold Coast Stadium Carrara, the second bottom placed Western Jets make the journey north to try and stop the Gold Coast gaining back some momentum as the finals loom.
The Gold Coast proved too strong in round two against the Jets, winning by 134 points. But, Guy McKenna will not be reading too much into that result and know that this is a must win game to consolidate their position in the top four.
The game starts at 1pm and admission is free.
An Under 16s Div 1 clash with Labrador v Surfers Paradise kicks off at 10.30am followed by the GCFC game. At half time Surfers Paradise Under 10s play a mini league match.
A BBQ lunch will be available with all money raised helping Surfers Paradise Junior Football Club.
