Young forward Callum Ah Chee will make his senior return as Gold Coast prepare to take on Hawthorn at the MCG on Saturday afternoon.
The former No. 8 draft pick kicked a career best five goals in round five after time in the NEAFL, before injuring his back in the round seven win over Geelong.
The 19-year old has been given the nod alongside fellow 2015 draftee Mackenzie Willis, who will make his first appearance in SUNS colours for 2017 come Saturday.
Currently in career best form, Brandon Matera will reach his 100 game milestone when the SUNS travel to the home of football.
Matera has been kept goalless on just one occasion in 2017 and kicked a career high six goals in round three when Gold Coast last played Hawthorn.
Will Brodie and Jarrod Harbrow make way for Ah Chee and Willis.
