It’s time to select your Austworld Player of the Round following Saturday night’s thrilling win over the Western Bulldogs in Darwin.

Jack Lukosius was dead straight in front of goal, kicking a game-high five majors with four of those coming before half-time.

He was one of three multiple goal kickers for the SUNS alongside Ben King and milestone man Nick Holman who both kicked a pair of goals at crucial times.

Matt Rowell exploded in the second half, particularly in a third term which included 11 disposals, three score involvements and an incredible seven clearances. He finished with 29 disposals and an important goal in the final quarter.

Speaking of important goals, Bailey Humphrey showed he’s the man for the big occasion, coolly finishing from a tight angle to earn the SUNS a small buffer to cap off a brilliant night for the 18-year-old.

Noah Anderson finished with 26 disposals to continue his impressive season while Jarrod Witts led from the front with plenty of work around the ground and a game-high 51 whiteouts.

Charlie Ballard was at his resolute best as a key defender, leading the SUNS for contested marks against a potent and tall Dogs attack.
