Gold Coast SUNS defender Vivien Saad will be unavailable for Saturday’s AFLW Round 2 fixture against the West Coast Eagles at Heritage Bank Stadium.

Saad missed the Round 1 match after reporting soreness in her calf following the Practice Match against the Brisbane Lions.

“Unfortunately, Viv won’t be available for this weekend’s match against West Coast but we are anticipating for her to be available for selection in Round 3,” GC SUNS AFLW Physiotherapist Jasmine Herlihy said.
