The SUNS face the Lions in the first of two pre-season outings with six off-season recruits to feature for the first time in red and gold.
Former Lion Ella Smith, experienced defenders Katie Lynch and Charlotte Wilson alongside draftees Annabel Kievit, Taya Oliver and Kiara Bischa are among 24-player squad for the clash.
The match will be played across four 20-minute quarters, beginning at 12pm on the Austworld Centre Oval.
