The SUNS will be forced to make at least one change for this weekend’s Sir Doug Nicholls clash against Geelong.
After Sam Collins was ruled out with a hip injury for the next six weeks, Gold Coast’s match committee will be looking to the club’s key position stocks for a replacement.

Jack Leslie will be in contention to play his first game of the year as the club’s most direct replacement for Collins.
Other options are swingman Chris Burgess who hasn’t played an AFL match since Round 5, or Sam Day who has been impressing in the forward line in the NEAFL but has played as a key defender in the past.
George Horlin-Smith travelled to Adelaide as an emergency and will be in contention once again to return to the side.
Will Brodie was also an emergency for the match and could provide more inside midfield grunt if the match committee decide to make multiple changes.
