Carlton have included Irishman Ciaran Byrne in their final 22 for Saturday night’s game against the SUNS at Metricon Stadium.
Byrne makes a long-awaited return from injury, his first senior appearance since his debut 12 months ago, and will be joined in the senior lineup by Dylan Buckley and Mark Whiley.
Andrejs Everitt and Jed Lamb (both injured) and Simon White (omitted) will miss after playing in the Blues’ 60-point loss to Sydney in Round 2.
