After going down to North Melbourne by 37 points last Sunday, the SUNS match committee could be looking to several players that have successfully returned from injury and shown form in the NEAFL.
Despite the NEAFL side having a bye this weekend, Kade Kolodjashnij has proven his form after a best on ground performance against Redland last weekend and is a chance for an AFL return.
Jesse Lonergan also demonstrated his dominance on restricted minutes in the NEAFL and could crack back into the senior side.
Jacob Heron, Jacob Dawson and Jack Leslie have also had stints in the AFL side this year and have been consistent performers in the NEAFL.
