The Gold Coast SUNS can confirm that experienced High Performance Manager, Justin Cordy, will join the club when his current contract with the Western Bulldogs expires.

Cordy will join the GC SUNS after eight seasons as High Performance Manager with AFL clubs the Western Bulldogs and Carlton.

Prior to this Cordy held the position of Physical Performance Manager at Cricket Australia (2005 - 2007) and held the same post at the Western Bulldogs from 2004 to 2005.

General Manager of Football Operations, Marcus Ashcroft said the Club was ecstatic with the appointment.

“We are absolutely rapt to have a person of Justin’s experience and professionalism agree to  join the club at such a crucial yet exciting time.

"Justin's decision to join the club is significant, and demonstrates our ability to attract industry leading personnel to our club,"  Ashcroft said.
