The Gold Coast SUNS have made five changes to the senior line up to play North Melbourne at Metricon Stadium on Saturday night.
On the back of a 66point win in the NEAFL, the SUNS have recalled Joel Wilkinson, Zac Smith, Taylor Hine and Liam Patrick, while Kyal Horsley returns after being rested last week.
The SUNS have omitted Alex Sexton, Matt Shaw, Andrew McQualter, Josh Toy and Aaron Hall.
Sexton and Shaw will join Steven May as emergencies.
GC SUNS youngster Harley Bennell said the team was looking to respond this weeks after last weeks effort.
Bennell said he knows the team is capable of playing the style of football required at the elite level.
“If we execute the plan in place, we have seen it work, and everyone has seen what we are capable of. We must learn to execute it consistently.”
