The Gold Coast SUNS have made four changes to the team for the match against Sydney at Metricon Stadium on Saturday night.
The GC SUNS will get back injured midfielder Michael Rischitelli and forward Tom Lynch who was rested from last weeks match.
Also returning to the team is the SUNS number 2 draft selection and excitement machine, Harley Bennell and first gamer Rory Thompson.
Back in 2009, the locally raised Thompson was the eighth Queensland teenager to commit to the Gold Coast SUNS
A Southport Sharks junior and a Queensland under-16 and under-18 representative, the strongly built, two-metre tall Thompson is the son of Sharks hall-of-famer and dual premiership full-forward Brett.
Thompson played for the SUNS during the NAB cup campaign and has been very impressive in the SUNS NEAFL team.
The GC SUNS have omitted, Seb Tape, Jack Hutchins and Hayden Jolly while Josh Sam Day will miss with injury.
