Being a member of the SUNS just went to another level.

After announcing a membership record, today the SUNS launched a new activation at Metricon Stadium - the Metricon Plungie Pool Deck - that provides families with the ultimate family day (or night) and will be officially unveiled at tonight’s game. 

To celebrate the membership record, the SUNS have formed a partnership with Plungie that will see a new plunge pool given to a lucky SUNS member.

The Metricon Plungie Pool Deck activation will now feature in the stands and, in June 2021, there will be a prize draw and one lucky SUNS member will win their own Plungie, just like the one in the Stadium. 

Gold Coast SUNS CEO Mark Evans said this is a fun, generous collaboration between Metricon Homes and Plungie to create the ‘Metricon Plungie Pool Deck’.

“Where else but the Gold Coast could you enjoy a game of AFL football in a stadium from your own pool deck,” he said. 

“The Metricon Plungie Pool Deck will make watching the footy even better for some lucky fans and I am sure once people see it, they are going to want one themselves.

“Our SUNS supporters signed up as members in force this year and gifting one of them a top-quality plungie pool is a great way to say ‘thanks’.”
