David Swallow will make his much anticipated return to football this weekend.
Swallow is among three changes to the Gold Coast SUNS line up ahead of Saturday's match against Richmond at Cazalys Stadium in Cairns.
The SUNS number one draft pick has not played since he injured his knee against the Giants in Round 7.
Joining Swallow in the team is debutant Josh Hall and namesake Aaron Hall.
The football world has been abuzz since it was revealed on Thursday morning that Hall would play his first AFL match just 12 months after he attended his first game in the corresponding match last season.
Joel Wilkinson was the SUNS only forced change to the team, with the defender expects to miss a month of football with an ankle injury. The SUNS have omitted Tom Hickey and Kyal Horsely.
